Terms of Service & EULA Agreement

This Terms of Service & End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Indie Developer Ngoc App. By installing or using our applications, you agree to all terms outlined below.
1. End User License Grant
Ngoc App grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to install and use the app on personal compatible devices.
2. Intellectual Property & User Restrictions
All source code, UI designs, logos, trademarks, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ngoc App. You shall not: (a) Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the app, (b) Copy, redistribute, or commercialize the app without prior written permission.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")
Applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ngoc App explicitly disclaims warranties that app performance will be uninterrupted or completely error-free across all legacy hardware.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ngoc App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
5. Termination & Modifications
Ngoc App reserves the right to modify these terms as needed for technology updates. Terms become effective immediately upon public publication on this site.
