Applications developed by Ngoc App operate under the "On-Device First" principle. We do not transmit or store personal data on intermediate cloud servers. The only processed data includes: (a) Local app preferences stored on your device, (b) Anonymous crash reports for bug fixing, (c) Email address records provided when contacting sp@ngoc.app.
2. Legal Basis & Purpose of Processing (GDPR Art. 6)
Any support request details processed are solely based on your explicit consent or necessary service obligation. We strictly guarantee zero selling, renting, or commercializing of user data to third-party ad networks.
3. User Rights & Data Protection (GDPR & CCPA)
Under global privacy standards, you hold complete rights to: (1) Access data records, (2) Request corrections, (3) Demand full data erasure (Right to be Forgotten). Simply submit a request to sp@ngoc.app.
